Patricia Apollonia Kotero, an American singer and actress is a former model. Her most well-known work is her part in Prince's 1984 movie Purple Rain as well as singing lead in Apollonia 6, a girl group. Between 1985 and 1986, she got a role in the drama series for evenings Falcon Crest. Apollonia finally released her debut album in 1988. However, the fairly pedestrian set of dance and R&B songs did not impress people who buy music and the album soon vanished out of sight. Through the years her career was a full-time actor, with a few film appearances and small TV shows. Apollonia made a bilingual CD called Stay with Me in 1997. After returning to school, she, received a diploma in filmmaking. She then formed her business and was employed as a child's TV host. Apollonia has many hats. She has been an actor, singer and model. Her most well-known role is an actress in the role in the movie Purple Rain from 1984. Her other films and television shows comprise Black Magic Woman, The Divorce Ceremony and many others. Kotero debuted her career as a model. She participated in numerous events and contests. Kotero won the title of Miss San Pedro Beauty Pageant. She began her career in the late 1980s.
